♦Description
WGP type drum gear coupling with brake disc comprised of the same number of teeth in the inner gear ring and the outer teeth of the flange semi-coupling and other components. The coupling is suitable for connection with two horizontal axis drive shafts, brake disc diameter 315-1000mm, transmission nominal torque 800-180000N.m.
Drum gear couplings are used to provide a mechanical connection between the rotating shafts of mechanical equipment, solving inherent misalignment problems while transmitting power and torque between the connected shafts.
To increase coupling life, the shafts should be aligned to minimize deflection of the bending elements. Mounting requires shaft alignment in axial, parallel, and angular directions, each of which must not exceed the recommended mounting limits.

1. The mass and moment of inertia are the approximate values calculated according to the Y-shaped hole with the maximum axle hole diameter. The brake disc is not calculated, and the brake disc mass is shown in Table 2.
2. The maximum shaft hole diameter of the cone shaft is 220mm.
3. The values of C, C1 and C2 of different brake disc diameters are the values in the table plus K /2. The values of K are shown in Table 2.
4. The value N = S-K /2 is shown in Table 2, where the value N is the calculated value when the diameter of the brake disc is the largest.
