WS Type Double Universal Joints(JB/T 5901-1991)
♦Description
HUADING WS type double universal joints are applications of printing machinery, conveyors, packaging systems, metalworking machinery, tractor, harvesters, construction machinery, trucks, and off-road vehicles.
Double universal joints take lower loads than single universal joints, due to the additional bending moments and forces that are applied to the center section and which are transferred to the joints as additional loads.
All universal joints are available with or without lubricant-retaining boot covers.
♦Feature
1. It is suitable for transmission coupling space on the same plane of two axis angle beta β≤45°, the nominal torque transmission 11.2-1120N.m.
2. Each section is between the most significant axis angle of 45º.
3. The finished hole H7, according to the requirements of crucial seating, has six square holes and a square hole.
4. The angle between the two axles is allowed in a limited range as the work requirements change.
