Standard construction: a composite shaft with flange, elastic diaphragm, 316 stainless steel bushing and 316 stainless steel accessories.
Its critical speed is 2 times of the metal floating shaft coupling, can reduce up to 80% of the bearing bending load, so as to reduce vibration and extend the service life of the bearing.
There is no need to use lifting equipment to install, so installation is very convenient.
Flexible diaphragm can adapt to harsh working environment, with high tolerance. The elastic diaphragm is composed of a composite diaphragm and a stainless steel bushing. All elastomers are coated with polyurethane to prevent wear and corrosion. Artificial fiber excellent physical and mechanical properties with higher tolerance tolerance and longer service life. Elastic diaphragms are available in a range of sizes across the torque range. Each torque level is tested both statically and dynamically to ensure long fatigue life at rated torque and standard time.
Its flange is an integral part of the coupling and transfers torque from the elastic diaphragm to the long composite shaft. It is made of composite fiber materials, light weight, no metal material at all. By optimizing the fiber formation Angle, stress through the flange is minimized during the transfer of torque. This design provides the highest fatigue strength in cooling tower operation. In addition, the cooling tower industry with high chlorine content also has excellent corrosion resistance. One of the design features is a high-strength fiber composite reinforcement ring (shaded portion) inside the flange, which increases the strength and hardness of the bolted connection. The high strength ring ensures the integrity of the bolt and the central elastomer.

The value may vary depending on the actual hole diameter and keyway size.
